Respinge, ca nefondat, apelul declarat de parata Filarmonica de Stat Sibiu impotriva sentintei civile nr. 779/2021 pronuntata de Tribunalul Sibiu in dosar nr. 99/85/2021.
Obliga apelanta sa plateasca intimatului Sindicatul Artistilor Instrumentisti din Filarmonica de Stat Sibiu suma de 3808 lei, si intimatilor Luca Daniel, Muntean Radu, Popa Romano Lucian, Fernandez Samodaev Makcim, Florescu Monica, suma de 595 lei pentru fiecare reprezentand cheltuieli de judecata.
Definitiva.
