RESPINGE ca nefondat apelul declarat de apelanta SDC PROIECT SRL , in contradictoriu cu intimatii SC PECOROR CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL si CASA DE INSOLVENTA POPA , impotriva sentintei nr. 999/F/2022 din 25.10.2022 si impotriva Incheierii de sedinta din data de 11.10.2022, pronuntate de Tribunalul Bihor, pe care le men?ine in totalitate.
Obliga partea apelanta sa plateasca partii intimate suma de 2.000 lei cheltuieli de judecata partiale in apel.

In vederea efectuarii unei adrese catre Tribunalul Bihor si catre lichidatorul judiciar, pt. a le solicita sa depuna la dosar dovada comunicarii in BPI a sentin?ei nr.657/29.09.2020, s-a dispus amanarea judecarii cauzei pentru data de 4 aprilie 2023, camera 61, ora 9,30, pentru cand partile prezente cunosc termenul si se vor cita cele lipsa.
