SOLUTIE: Schimbat in parte
Admite apelul declarat de CURTEA DE APEL ORADEA impotriva sentintei civile nr. 339 din 15.04.2024 a Tribunalului Salaj, pronuntata in dosar nr. 92/84/2024, pe care o schimba in parte, in sensul ca respinge cererea de chemare in judecata, ca neintemeiata cererea pentru perioada 26.01.2021 – 31.12.2023.

Pronuntata prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor prin intermediul grefei instantei azi, 3 noiembrie 2025.

Suspenda cauza, in temeiul art. 2 alin. 3 din O.U.G. nr. 62/2024, pana la solutionarea de catre ICCJ a sesizarii formulata in dosarul nr. 2845/105/2023 de catre Tribunalul Prahova.

In raport de Decizia nr. 13/16.09.2024 a ICCJ completul pentru solutionarea recursului in interesul legii, amana cauza in vederea publicarii in MO a deciziei, aceasta avand relevanta in solutionarea prezentului apel.
