Obliga paratul la emiterea ordinului pentru actualizarea conform art. 152 din OG nr. 42/2004 a cuantumului tarifelor unice datorate pentru anul 2023 aferente actiunilor prevazute la art. 15 din acelasi act normativ.
Respinge in rest actiunea formulata in contradictoriu cu acest parat ca neintemeiata.
Admite exceptia prematuritatii invocata de catre parata Directia Sanitar Veterinara si pentru Siguranta Alimentelor Mures.
Respinge actiunea formulata de catre reclamanti in contradictoriu cu parata Directia Sanitar Veterinara si pentru Siguranta Alimentelor Mures (cu sediul), ca fiind prematura.
Obliga paratul Presedintele Autoritatii Nationale Sanitare Veterinare si pentru Siguranta Alimentelor la plata in favoarea reclamantilor a sumei de 10.050 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecata.
Cu drept de recurs in termen de 15 zile de la comunicarea hotararii, cererea de recurs urmand a se depune la Curtea de Apel Targu Mures sub sanctiunea nulitatii cererii.
Pronuntata prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor de catre grefa instantei, azi, 3 octombrie 2023.
