SOLUTIE: 413 NCPC/244 CPC
In temeiul dispozitiilor art. 413 alin.1 pct.1 ind.1 din Codul de procedura civila, suspenda judecata prezentului apel, pana la solutionarea de catre Curtea de Justitie a Uniunii Europene a dosarelor nr. C-706/23 si C-42/25.
Cu drept de recurs pe toata durata suspendarii cauzei. Recursul se depune la Curtea de Apel Targu Mures.
Pronuntata in sedinta publica din 13 noiembrie 2025.

SOLUTIE: Amana cauza
Avand in vedere cele stabilite prin Hotararea nr. 2 din 26.08.2025 a Adunarii generale a judecatorilor de la Curtea de Apel Targu Mures, referitoare la suspendarea activitatii privind solutionarea cauzelor si constatand ca prezentul litigiu nu se incadreaza in categoria cauzelor exceptate de la masura suspendarii solutionarii, potrivit art. 3 din hotararea mentionata, stabileste un nou termen de judecata la data de 13 noiembrie 2025, ora 10:00.
