Revine cu adresa catre parat pentru a mentiona pentru fiecare dintre membrii de sindicat (cu exceptia membrului de sindicat Oncioiu Ion Dorel) functia si departamentul in cadrul caruia si-a desfasurat activitatea pentru intreaga perioada dedusa judecatii, cu avertisment de amenda judiciara, urmand a se indica si persoana responsabila sa indeplineasca dispozitiile instantei.
Amana judecarea cauzei la data de 12 mai 2026.

Suspenda judecata cauzei, potrivit disp.art.2 alin.3 din OUG 62/2024, raportat la disp.art. 520 alin.4 Cod Procedura Civila, pana la solutionarea si publicarea in Monitorul Oficial a Deciziei Inaltei Curti de Casatie si Justitie in dosarul nr. 2575/1/2024, privind solutionarea sesizarii in vederea pronuntarii unei hotarari prealabile privind dezlegarea unei chestiuni de drept.
Cu recurs pe toata durata suspendarii, ce va fi depus la Tribunalul Arges.
Pronuntata azi 03.12.2024, la Tribunalul Arges, Sectia pentru conflicte de munca si asigurari sociale, prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor de catre grefa instantei.
