SOLUTIE: 413 NCPC/244 CPC
In temeiul disp. art. 413 alin.1 pct.1 ind.1 Cod procedura civila, suspenda judecata cauzei, pana la pronuntarea unei decizii preliminare de catre Curtea de Justitie a Uniunii Europene in dosarul nr. C-42/25 in care a fost sesizata de catre Curtea de Apel Constanta in cauza nr.1361/88/2023.
Cu recurs pe toata durata suspendarii.
Pronuntata azi, 08.05.2025, la Tribunalul Arges, Sectia Pentru Conflicte de Munca si Asigurari Sociale, prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor prin mijlocirea grefei instantei.

Amana judecarea cauzei, cu acordul par?i prezente, la data 08 mai 2025, pentru publicarea in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei a Deciziei nr. 67 din data de 28 octombrie 2024 pronuntata in dosarul nr. 1792/1/2024 de catre Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie, pentru cand par?ile au termen in cunostinta.
Cu cale de atac odata cu fondul cauzei.
