(dreptul reglementat de art. 88 indice 2 alin. (5) din Legea nr. 304/2004), pentru perioada 16.10.2018 – 14.03.2022, respectiv de la data implinirii vechimii de 18 ani in functia de judecator sau procuror (daca s-a realizat ulterior datei de 16.10.2018) si pana la 14.03.2022 sau pana la iesirea la pensie daca este anterior acestei date;
-obliga paratele de mai sus sa actualizeze cu indicele de inflatie diferentele de drepturi banesti la care au fost obligate, precum si sa plateasca dobanda legala penalizatoare calculata asupra acestor drepturi salariale, incepand cu data scadentei fiecarui drept si pana la data platii efective;
-respinge actiunea formulata de reclamanta Buzoianu Petruta Simona;
-pentru reclamanta Lucacel Iuliana perioada de acordare a drepturilor este 16.07.2019 - 01.05.2020;
-respinge celelalte pretentii.

Introduce in cauza Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie, in calitate de intimata-parata, in locul Ministerului Justitiei.
Incuviinteaza proba cu inscrisurile atasate apelurilor de catre unele dintre parti.
Din oficiu, suplimenteaza probatoriul cu proba cu relatii de la Curtea de Apel Ploiesti, in sensul ca dispune emiterea unei adrese catre aceasta institutie, insotita de un citativ care sa cuprinda toti reclamantii, cu solicitarea sa precizeze, pentru fiecare dintre reclamanti urmatoarele:
1. daca la data de 16.10.2018 indeplineau conditia de vechime de 18 ani (eventual sa precizeze vechimea pentru fiecare dintre acestia la aceasta data);
2. data la care fiecare dintre reclamanti a dobandit gradul de curte de apel;
3. data iesirii la pensie pentru fiecare dintre reclamanti, daca este cazul;
4. la ce data, ulterioara anului 2018, acestia au implinit vechimea de 18 ani in profesie.
Amana judecarea cauzei la data de 14 ianuarie 2026, in vederea administrarii probei cu inscrisuri.
Se citeaza apelantii-reclamanti: Gheorghe Valentina (apelul 1), Enescu Mihaela Luminita (apelul 2), Dubosaru Rodica (apelul 3), Nestor Raul Alexandru (apelul 5), Lucacel Ileana (apelurile 12 si 13) si intimatii-reclamanti: Nonea Ioana, Enescu Dan Andrei, Iana Marius, Lupu Ana Maria, Predescu Camelia, Tanasica Elena, Sorescu Magdalena, Dinu Florentina.
