Avand in vedere cele stabilite prin Hotararea nr. 2 din 26.08.2025 a Adunarii Generale a Judecatorilor Curtii de Apel Targu Mures, referitoare la suspendarea activitatii privind solutionarea cauzelor incepand cu data de 27.08.2025, va stabili un nou termen de judecata la data de 11 decembrie 2025, ora 09:00.

In temeiul dispozitiilor art. 2 alin. (3) din O.U.G nr. 62/2024 privind unele masuri pentru solutionarea proceselor privind salarizarea personalului platit din fonduri publice, precum si a proceselor privind prestatii de asigurari sociale, dispune suspendarea judecarii apelului pana la solutionarea, de catre Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie, a sesizarii inregistrata in dosarul nr. 2207/1/2024 si publicarea deciziei in Monitorul Oficial.
Cu drept de recurs pe toata durata suspendarii, cererea de recurs urmand a se depune la Curtea de Apel Targu Mures.

Acorda termen de judecata la data de 12.12.2024, ora 9,00 pentru a-i da posibilitatea reprezentantei apelantului reclamant sa-si exprime punctul de vedere cu privire la suspendarea judecatii apelului, prevazuta de art. 2 alin. 3 din OUG nr. 62/2024.
