Admite exceptia inadmisibilitatii cererii de sesizare a Curtii Constitutionale cu exceptia de neconstituionalitate a dispozitiilor art. I alin. 2 din ORDONANTA DE URGENTA Nr. 226 din 30 decembrie 2020 privind unele masuri fiscal-bugetare si pentru modificarea si completarea unor acte normative si prorogarea unor termene.
Respinge ca inadmisibila cererea de sesizare a Curtii Constitutionale cu exceptia de neconstituionalitate a dispozitiilor art. I alin. 2 din ORDONANTA DE URGENTA Nr. 226 din 30 decembrie 2020 privind unele masuri fiscal-bugetare si pentru modificarea si completarea unor acte normative si prorogarea unor termene.
Dispune sesizarea Curtii Constituionale cu exceptia de neconstituionalitate a dispozitiilor art. I pct. 13 din ORDONANTEI DE URGENTA Nr. 1 din 6 ianuarie 2020 privind unele masuri fiscal-bugetare si pentru modificarea si completarea unor acte normative, Art. I alin. 2 din ORDONANTA DE URGENTA Nr. 130 din 17 decembrie 2021 privind unele masuri fiscal-bugetare, prorogarea unor termene, precum si pentru modificarea si completarea unor acte normative si art. art. I alin. 4 din OUG Nr. 168 din 8 decembrie 2022 privind unele masuri fiscal-bugetare, prorogarea unor termene, precum si pentru modificarea si completarea unor acte normative raportat la dispozitiile art. 115 alin. 6, art. 15 alin. 1, art. 16 alin. 1, art. 41 alin. 2, art. 47 alin. 1 , art. 44 alin. 1-3 si 8, art. 15 alin. 2 , art. 78 , art. 115 alin. 4, art. 53 si art. 56 alin. 1 si 3 din Constitutie.
Suspenda judecarea cauzei in fond.
Cu recurs in 48 de ore de la pronuntare.
