Acorda termen la data de 17.03.2025, ora 09:00 pentru a se relua procedura de citare cu partile care nu au primit termen in cunostinta;
Cele doua societati intimate care au depus intampinari in cauza primesc termen in cunostinta;
Pentru a se efectua verificari in baza de date ORC referitor la societatile intimate pentru care nu s-a restituit dovada de indeplinire a procedurii de citare pentru acest termen de judecata sau au fost restituite dovezile de indeplinire a procedurii de citare cu mentiunea "destinatar mutat" sau "destinatar necunoscut" si pentru a se relua procedura de citare cu aceste parti la adresele care vor reiesi in urma verificarilor;
Pentru a se cita aceste societati intimate si prin afisare la usa instantei.
