Admite exceptia necompetentei materiale procesuale a Sectiei a II-a civila si de contencios administrativ si fiscal din cadrul Tribunalului Iasi.
Admite exceptia necompetentei teritoriale a Tribunalului Iasi.
Declina competenta de solutionare a cererii de chemare in judecata formulata de reclamanta ASOCIATIA COMUNELOR DIN ROMANIA (A.CO.R), reprezentata legal prin Emil DRAGHICI, primarul comunei Vulcana-Bai, judetul Dambovita, in calitate de presedinte, actionand in numele si in interesul unui numar de 29 demnitari (primari sau viceprimari), cu datele de identificare si domiciliu prevazute in anexele nr. 1-17, in contradictoriu cu paratele COMUNA ARONEANU, COMUNA GRAIDURI, COMUNA HARMANESTI, COMUNA HELESTENI, COMUNA ION NECULCE, COMUNA LUNGANI, COMUNA MIRONEASA, COMUNA MOGOSESTI SIRET, COMUNA RUGINOASA, COMUNA SINESTI, COMUNA SIRETEL, COMUNA STRUNGA, COMUNA VICTORIA, COMUNA GROZESTI, COMUNA CRISTESTI, COMUNA SCHITU DUCA, COMUNA AL. I. CUZA, in favoarea Sectiei de litigii de munca din cadrul Tribunalului Dambovita.
