Admite exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive a paratului Ministerul Justitiei, invocata de acesta, prin intampinare.
Respinge cererea formulata in contradictoriu cu paratul Ministerul Justitiei ca fiind introdusa impotriva unei persoane fara calitate procesuala pasiva.
Admite exceptia prescriptiei dreptului material la actiune, invocata de Curtea de Apel Galati si Tribunalul Braila, prin intampinare, pentru pretentiile aferente perioadei anterioare datei de 15.07.2019, si respinge actiunea pentru aceasta perioada ca fiind prescrisa.
