SOLUTIE: Respinge cererea
Admite exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive invocata de catre paratul MINISTERUL JUSTITIEI prin intampinarea formulata.
Admite exceptia prescriptiei dreptului material la actiune pentru pretentiile anterioare datei de 13.07.2019 invocata de catre parata Curtea de Apel Galati prin intampinarea formulata.
Respinge cererea de chemare in judecata formulata de reclamanti ca fiind indreptata impotriva unei persoane fara calitate procesuala pasiva.
Respinge, ca fiind prescrisa pentru pretentiile anterioare datei de 13.07.2019 si ca neintemeiata in rest, cererea formulata de reclamantii sus mentionati in contradictoriu cu paratii CURTEA DE APEL GALATI si TRIBUNALUL GALATI, cu citarea CONSILIULUI NATIONAL PENTRU COMBATEREA DISCRIMINARII.
Cu drept de apel in termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, apel ce se va depune la sediul Tribunalului Brasov
