Admite cererea de sesizare a Curtii Constitutionale formulata de apelantii – reclaman?i Nicolau Marius Ionel ?i Jumuga Valentin.
Sesizeaza Curtea Constitutionala cu exceptia de neconstitutionalitate a dispozitiilor Legii nr.153/2017, a art. 1 alin. 3 ?i art. 25 alin 1 din Legea nr.153/2017, precum ?i a art. 34 alin. 2 din OUG nr.114/2018.
Amana pronuntarea asupra apelurilor la data de 30 aprilie 2024.

Respinge cererea de introducere in cauza a Inaltei Curti de Casatie si Justitiei formulata de intimatul Ministerul Justitie.
Se comunica apelantului-reclamant Nicolau Marin Ionel, alaturat citatiei, notele de sedinta formulate de intimatul-parat Tribunalul Hunedoara, prin care s-a invocat exceptia autoritatii de lucru judecat fata de acest apelant-reclamant, cu mentiunea de a-si exprima un punct de vedere cu privire la exceptie.
