SOLUTIE: cu casare

Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamant SINDICATUL UNIREA TARGU MURES prin reprezentant legal presedinte Pop Alin Ionel, in numele si pe seama membrilor de sindicat RUNCAN VASILE COSMIN, CAMPEAN FLAVIUS, HERMAN ADRIAN ILIE, impotriva Sentintei nr. 13/5.1.2023 pronuntate de Tribunalul Mures, Sectia de contencios administrativ si fiscal, in dosarul nr. 2103/102/2022.
Admite recursul declarat de paratul PENITENCIARUL TARGU MURES, impotriva aceleiasi Sentinte.
Caseaza in parte hotararea atacata si, rejudecand cauza in limitele casarii, respinge ca nefondata actiunea formulata de reclamant SINDICATUL UNIREA TARGU MURES in numele si pe seama membrilor de sindicat MORAR SERGIU DRAGOMIR si SIMON ALEXANDRU.
Mentine celelalte dispozitii ale hotararii atacate.
Definitiva.
Pronuntata in data de 15.11.2023, prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor prin mijlocirea grefei instantei.
