SOLUTIE: Admite in parte cererea

Admite in parte cererea de ajutor public judiciar formulata de petentii BODEA IOAN MIRCEA si BODEA ELENA, si in consecinta:
Esaloneaza plata taxei judiciare de timbru in cuantum total de 5.329 lei, pe o durata de 4 luni, in 4 transe egale in cuantum de 1.332,25 lei pe luna, incepand cu data de 01.12.2023.
Pune in vedere petentilor consecintele nerespectarii termenelor de plata, respectiv obligativitatea platii majorarilor de intarziere calculate pe perioada esalonarii, aferente taxei de timbru care face obiectul inlesnirii, prezenta incheiere constituind titlu executoriu potrivit art. 21 din OUG 80/2013.
Atrage petentilor atentia asupra dispozitiilor art. 14 al. (2) din OUG nr. 51/2008.
In baza art. 41 al. (3) din OUG nr. 80/2013, comunica o copie certificata dupa prezenta incheiere Primariei comunei Sasciori, jud. Alba– taxe si impozite.
Respinge in rest cererea.
Cu drept de cerere de reexaminare in termen de 5 zile de la data comunicarii incheierii, in conditiile art. 15 alin. 2 din O.U.G. nr. 51/2008.
Pronuntata prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor prin intermediul grefei instantei, astazi, 10.11.2023.
