SOLUTIE: Respinge cererea

I. Respinge, ca ramasa fara interes, cererea de suspendare a Hotararii nr. 32 H/19 aprilie 2024, emisa de Biroul Electoral Central, formulata de reclamantii Albu Teodora, Boanca Ivan Marlena, Ceusan Gabriela-Ghizela, Deaconescu Sonia, Fagarasan Mariana, Carmen Isabela Firoiu, Ghiban Lucian-Mihai, Oltean Aurel, Iulian Constantin Balan, Szots Lehel Barna, Pavel Ionut, Rusu Bianca Codruta, Szasz Robert Mihai, Seniciu Dan, Orza Bogdan, Maier Ioana, Oreviceanu Geanina, Dull Zoltan si Stefan Cristian-Valentin, (...) in contradictoriu cu paratul Biroul Electoral Central,(...). Respinge, ca neintemeiata, cererea in anulare formulata si completata de reclamantii Albu Teodora, Boanca Ivan Marlena, Ceusan Gabriela-Ghizela, Deaconescu Sonia, Fagarasan Mariana, Carmen Isabela Firoiu, Ghiban Lucian-Mihai, Oltean Aurel, Iulian Constantin Balan, Szots Lehel Barna, Pavel Ionut, Rusu Bianca Codruta, Szasz Robert Mihai, Seniciu Dan, Orza Bogdan, Maier Ioana, Oreviceanu Geanina, Dull Zoltan si Stefan Cristian-Valentin in contradictoriu cu paratii Biroul Electoral Central si Presedintele Tribunalului Mures (...). II. Respinge cererea de sesizare a Curtii Constitutionale in vederea solutionarii exceptiei de neconstitutionalitate a prevederilor art. 41 alin. 4 din Legea nr. 115/2015.
III. In baza art. 29 alin. 4 din Legea nr.47/1992, republicata, sesizeaza Curtea Constitutionala in vederea solutionarii exceptiei de neconstitutionalitate a prevederilor art. 26 alin. 5 din Legea nr. 115/2015, invocata de reclamantii Albu Teodora, Boanca Ivan Marlena, Ceusan Gabriela-Ghizela, Deaconescu Sonia, Fagarasan Mariana, Carmen Isabela Firoiu, Ghiban Lucian-Mihai, Oltean Aurel, Iulian Constantin Balan, Szots Lehel Barna, Pavel Ionut, Rusu Bianca Codruta, Szasz Robert Mihai, Seniciu Dan, Orza Bogdan, Maier Ioana, Oreviceanu Geanina, Dull Zoltan si Stefan Cristian-Valentin.
Cu drept de recurs in 5 zile de la pronuntare.
Cererea de recurs se depune la Curtea de Apel Alba Iulia.
Pronuntata public in data de 30.04.2024, prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor prin mijlocirea grefei instantei.
