In temeiul disp.art.222 Cod procedura civila si art.6 paragraful 1 din Conventia pentru apararea drepturilor omului si a libertatilor fundamentale, incuviinteaza cererea formulata de intimatului-parat Spitalul Municipal Curtea de Arges in sensul de a se acorda un nou termen de judecata pentru a-si angaja aparator.
Amana judecarea cauzei la data de 25 mai 2023, pentru cand partile au termen in cunostinta, in conformitate cu dispozitiile art.153 (1) Cod procedura civila, asa cum a fost modificat prin Legea nr.202/2010, publicata in Monitorul Oficial nr.714/2010.
