Admite apelul declarat de Sibinsolv IPURL impotriva Sentintei nr. 244/C/2024 pronuntata de judecatorul sindic din cadrul Tribunalului Sibiu in dosarul nr. 1713/85/2023/a3 si, in consecinta:
Schimba in parte hotararea atacata in sensul ca admite in parte cererea formulata de Sibinsolv IPURL in calitate de administrator judiciar al Dabo International SRL, respectiv trimite cauza judecatorului sindic pentru ridicarea dreptului de administrare al societatii Dabo International SRL cu luarea masurilor corespunzatoare acestei operatiuni.
Mentine in rest sentinta atacata.
Definitiva.
Pronuntata azi, 31.03.2025, prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor prin grefa instantei.
