In temeiul disp. art. 413 alin.1 pct.1 ind.1 Cod procedura civila, suspenda judecata cauzei, pana la pronuntarea unei decizii preliminare de catre Curtea de Justitie a Uniunii Europene in dosarul nr. C-42/25 in care a fost sesizata de catre Curtea de Apel Constanta in cauza nr.1361/88/2023.
Cu recurs pe toata durata suspendarii.
Pronuntata prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor de catre grefa instantei, astazi, 26.03.2025.
