Respinge revizuirea declarata de revizuentul Consiliul Judetean Bihor, prin Presedintele Consiliului Judetean Bihor, in contradictoriu cu intimatii Ministerul Educatiei, Ministerul Finantelor Publice si Scor?e Trans Com S.R.L, Autoros Abc S.R.L, Dorycor Tour S.R.L, Romsorelia S.R.L, Trans Alesd S.A, Ovis Tour S.R.L, Acular Com S.R.L, Gad Aser Trans S.R.L, Cenalos Import Export S.R.L, Transderna S.R.L, Andy Trans Tours Serv S.R.L, Pupnicol Trans S.R.L, Darian Concept S.R.L, Catamad S.R.L, Tesan Prest S.R.L, Kaszoni S.R.L, Crislau Trans S.R.L, Pavel Trans S.R.L. si Alex & Catalin Trans S.R.L, impotriva Deciziei nr. 58/CA din 10.02.2023 pronuntata de Curtea de Apel Oradea in Dosarul nr. 32/35/2023.

Constata ca doamnele judecator sunt incompatibile sa solutioneze dosarul nr. 162/35/CA/2023.
