Suspenda judecata cauzei, potrivit art. 413 alin. 1 pct. 1ind. 1 Cod Procedura Civila, pana la pronuntarea deciziei preliminare de catre Curtea de Justitie a Uniunii Europene urmare sesizarii din Dosarul nr. 1361/88/2023 al Curtii de Apel Constanta.
Cu recurs pe toata perioada suspendarii, cererea de recurs depunandu-se la Tribunalul Arges.
Pronuntata azi, 06.02.2025, la Tribunalul Arges, Sectia pentru Conflicte de Munca si Asigurari Sociale, prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor de catre grefa instantei.
