Repune cauza pe rol.In temeiul dispozitiilor art. 413 alin.1 pct.1 ind.1 Cod procedura civila; SUSPENDA judecarea apelului declarat de parata Scoala Gimnaziala „Trefan Leonard” impotriva sentintei civile nr. 172 din data de 07 martie 2024, pronuntata de Tribunalul Covasna, pana la pronuntarea de catre CJUE a unei hotarari preliminare in cauza C-706/2023.
Cu drept de recurs pe toata durata suspendarii, conform art.414 alin.1 Cod procedura civila. Recursul se va depune la sediul Curtii de Apel Brasov.
Pronuntata in sedinta publica, astazi, 25 martie 2025.

SOLUTIE: Alte cauze
In temeiul art. 517 alin.1 indice 1 Cod procedura civila, suspenda solutionarea prezentului litigiu pana la publicarea in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei a deciziei Inaltei Curti de Casatie si Justitie pronuntata in recurs in interesul legii in dosarul nr. 1087/1/2024. Cu drept de recurs cat timp dureaza suspendarea cursului judecatii procesului. Pronuntata in sedinta publica astazi, 18 iunie 2024.
