Suspenda judecata cauzei, potrivit disp.art. 413 alin. 1 pct. 11 Cod Procedura Civila, pana la pronuntarea deciziei preliminare de catre Curtea de Justitie a Uniunii Europene urmare sesizarii din Dosar nr 1361/88/2023 al Curtii de Apel Constanta.
Cu recurs pe toata durata suspendarii, ce va fi depus la Tribunalul Arges.
Pronuntata azi 11.02.2025, la Tribunalul Arges, Sectia pentru conflicte de munca si asigurari sociale, prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor de catre grefa instantei.
