Admite ca fondat apelul civil declarat de reclamantii GLAVA CAMELIA-EMANUELA, NEDELCU VIORICA, BONDAR LIDIA/ANCA, PASCU VIOLETA, GHEORGHE DIANA, VADUVA ANGELA-RAMONA, CIOROIANU LIVIA-ANDREEA, BULAI SIMONA, NITA IOANA-DANIELA si ANDREESCU VERONICA-ELENA, impotriva sentintei civile nr. 463/20 februarie 2023 pronuntate de Tribunalul Alba, Sectia I Civila, in dosarul civil nr. 1085/107/2022, pe care o schimba in parte in sensul ca:
Inlatura dispozitia de admitere a exceptiei prescriptiei partiale a dreptului material la actiune pentru pretentiile anterioare datei de 21.03.2019.
Mentine in rest dispozitiile sentintei atacate.
Fara cheltuieli de judecata in apel.
Definitiva.
Pronuntata azi, data de 14 noiembrie 2024, prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor prin mijlocirea grefei instantei.

avand nevoie de un timp mai indelungat pentru a delibera si pentru a da partilor posibilitatea de a depune concluzii scrise, apelantii cu men?iunea de a pune la dosar punct de vedere daca mai subzista interes in sus?inerea apelului, in raport de emiterea Deciziei nr. 32/2023 a Pre?edintelui Curtii de Apel Craiova, acorda un termen de pronuntare la data de 14.11.2024.
