In baza art. 191 pct. 3 C.pr.civ. admite cererea de reexaminare a amenzii judiciare formulata de petentul NOICA RAZVAN CORNELIU, CNP ...., domiciliat in ... si revine asupra dispozi?iei amenzii judiciare in cuantum de 500 (cincisute) lei aplicata petentului prin Decizia civila nr. 185/CC/A/2024 din data de 18.04.2024 pronun?ata de Tribunalul Alba in dosarul civil nr. 1035/203/2020, in sensul inlaturarii aplicarii acestei sanctiuni.
Definitiva.
Pronuntata azi, 28.08.2024, in conformitate cu disp. art. 402 cod procedura civila, solutia urmand a fi pusa la dispozitia partilor prin intermediul grefei instantei de judecata.
