Admite cererea de indreptare a erorii materiale si sesizarea din oficiu.
Dispune indreptarea erorilor materiale strecurate in decizia civila nr.232/C/20.11.2024 pronuntata de Curtea de Apel Constanta in dosarul nr.1015/88/2023, in sensul ca: se va mentiona in mod corect calitatea procesuala a reclamantului B A, ca fiind de „apelant reclamant” in loc de „intimat reclamant”; se va mentiona in mod corect numele apelantului reclamant, ca fiind „E M- L”, in loc de „E M”; se va mentiona in mod corect numele apelantului reclamant, ca fiind „P N”, in loc de „P N; se va mentiona in mod corect numele apelantului reclamant, ca fiind „S C-A”, in loc de „S A C”.
Cu drept de recurs in termen de 30 de zile de la comunicare, ce se va depune la Curtea de Apel Constanta.
Pronuntata astazi, 26.02.2025, prin punerea solutiei la dispozitia partilor de catre grefa Curtii.
